This MS International Toscana Beige 20 in. x 20 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features distinct shades and tones highlighting the natural texture of the tile for a rustic complement to any space. Accent the tile with trim pieces for borders or utilize other field tile to create varying patterns for floors or walls as desired. The beige tile is suitable for use as medium-duty flooring in areas used more often with normal footwear, with some dirt accumulation such as in kitchens or along halls and corridors.

- Grade 1, first-quality porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
- 20 in. width x 20 in. length x 3/8 in. thick
- Glazed smooth finish with a low sheen and slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential and commercial floors including kitchens, halls, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
- Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
- C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant
- Completely frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
